Top Notch Landscapes was established in 1982 by Chris Serafin who intentionally designed a small company in order to give his clients and their projects the fullest of his attention. We specialize in the creation and installation of residential landscapes and personal gardens. We are committed to providing “top notch” service in all aspects of our organization. With more than 30 years experience in the metro Atlanta area, our company offers complete project services from landscape design and development to construction completion with emphasis on clientele service, design quality and timely responsiveness.
