About Us

Every exceptional outdoor space begins with a vision. Whether you dream of a perfectly manicured lawn accented by distinctive trees and shrubs, a formal garden bursting with seasonal color, an elegant patio for entertaining, or you’re simply looking for inspiration, Top Notch Landscapes is here to transform your ideas into reality.

Founded in 1982 by Chris Serafin, Top Notch Landscapes was built on a simple philosophy: keep the company intentionally personal so every client receives exceptional attention, craftsmanship, and service. Today, that same philosophy continues as Tyler Serafin has taken the reins of the family business, carrying on the legacy of excellence while combining traditional values with modern landscape design and installation techniques.

As a family-owned and operated company, we take pride in building lasting relationships with our clients and treating every project as if it were our own home. With more than 65 years of combined experience serving the Metro Atlanta area, our team provides complete outdoor living solutions—from custom landscape design and planning to construction, installation, and project completion.

Our reputation has been built on quality, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. Every project begins with proper site preparation, thoughtful design, and carefully selected plant material before being expertly installed by our experienced team. Once construction begins, we remain committed to your project until every detail is complete and you are completely satisfied.

At Top Notch Landscapes, excellence isn’t just a goal—it’s our standard. We also provide long-term care and maintenance guidance to ensure your investment continues to flourish for years to come.

From concept to completion, our family is committed to creating outdoor spaces your family will enjoy for a lifetime.
